How it works
1. Complete this interest form. You can share drafts or excerpts of your work to help us get a better understanding of your needs.
2. Set up a time for an initial meeting using the calendar link in the follow up email.
3. Have a brief meeting with us to talk about your project. We want to be clear about the audience and purpose of your document, timelines, and any constraints. We also want to make sure our approach aligns with your organization.
4. Keep an eye out for a quote from us, usually within 3-5 business days. Depending on the timeline, complexity of your project, or other needs, we may provide you with several options to consider.
5. Respond to our quote. If you are interested in moving forward, we will send you a contract to sign.
6. We hold a project launch meeting – and then begin work.
7. You can expect us to check in with you regularly over the course of the project. This may range from quick check-ins and email correspondence to regularly scheduled meetings.
After we complete the project, we will share a project summary for your records, highlighting our suggestions and key themes for you to consider on future projects.
